Filing of certificate of candidacies will start tomorrow Friday, November 20 at the offices of the Commission on Elections nationwide.
Prospective candidates in the 2010 elections are expected to file their certificates of candidacy (COCs) and start trooping to Commision on Elections (Comelec) offices. 17,888 public seats are available in the 2010 Philippines elections. Local offices are prepared for the activity.
The period of filing of COCs will start Friday, November 20, and will proceed until the midnight of December 1, 2009.
