TESDA‘s (Technical Education and Skills Development Authority) official website was hacked on Thursday. If you visit the official website of TESDA, an obscene photo of President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo surprised internet users.
On the home page, Arroyo’s face was put on top of a topless woman with her genitals stimulated by an unknown individual.
The photo was already gone, but is now spreading on social networking sites such as Twitter.
