This will be the first time that Pinoys will vote using the “automated” elections and we are hoping that there will be no incidents of cheating for this automated process and winners will be declared early.
As the Filipino people hopes for a fraudless elections this May 10, 2010, more than 76,000 memory cards from the voting machines have been recalled earlier this week, after tests found that they failed to read ballots and print accurate results.
The said glitches are now fixed, officials of Commission on Elections (COMELEC) reported that the ballots were already being read correctly.
However, cheaters can do anything, nothing is impossible for them. If they want to do it they’ll do it.
Several parties called for a two-week delay of elections to ensure that there will be no problems during the May 10 automated elections.
