No details yet about Rain‘s concert here in Manila, but rumors are spreading that Rain (Korean Idol and “Ninja Assassin” star), will be having his concert in Manila this Sept. 11 at the SM MOA Concert Grounds. I don’t know what the promoter is thinking. It’s already August 17 and they released this teaser just now? Do you think Rain will have a concert in Manila on September 11?
