According to chuvakarl of missosology Bb. Isla Pilipinas 2010 is the fictitious pageant in the upcoming GMA Teleserye titled “Koronang Papel.”
“Koronang Papel” is a primetime series starring Iza Calzado and it is set to rival ABS-CBN’s “Magkaribal.” According to reports this series previously titled Beauty Queen also stars Miss Universe 2010 4th runner-up Maria Venus Raj, Katrina Halili, TJ Trinidad, and Marvin Agustin.
