Former actor Patrick De la Rosa was arrested on Friday for allegedly raping a 20-year-old college student.
The complainant and Patrick De la Rosa, a board member in the provincial government of Oriental Mindoro, was having a drinking session with eight other persons around 1 am in a condominium unit in Cubao, Quezon City.
According to reports, the female student got tipsy immediately, she went to the bedroom and fell asleep. At around 5 am she allegedly saw Patrick De la Rosa raping her. She shouted for help and was rescued by her friends.
Security guards of the condominium called the police. Dela Rosa has been detained at the Cubao police station.
