Finally, after more than two months of waiting the 33 miners in Chile trapped under a collapsed mine will be rescued on Wednesday. The Chilean miners were trapped 2,300 feet underground since August 5.
The rescue capsule that will transport the miners one by one was lowered about 2000 feet, it is called Phoenix 1. Officials said rescue crews will begin the so called “Chile Mine Rescue” at midnight on Tuesday.

The highly skilled will be the first miners to be rescued to help with the rescue operations if problems arise. Weak miners or those with health problems comes next. The strongest miner will be the last to rise above the ground.
The small holes that were drilled saved the miners lives for two and a half months. They’ve been able to get food, water, additional air, communications, medical supplies, and other necessities through the holes. All the trapped Chilean miners appear to be in good physical and mental condition.
The trip to the surface is expected to take about 15 minutes. Six hours before the rescue starts, a special liquid diet, vitamins and minerals will be given to the Chilean miners to prevent nausea and vomiting.
Family members of the trapped miners will be waiting outside the collapsed mine for their dramatic reunion, and journalists all over the world have been waiting for so long to capture the final phase of the Chilean miners rescue.

Those poor Chilean Miners I seriously really feel terrible for all of them and hope they emerge quickly.
