Enjoy the “Kawaii” (cute/adorable) experiences with the cute and popular Japanese cat Hello Kitty as it opens its own indoor amusement facility called “Hello Kitty’s Kawaii Paradise.” The amusement park opened in Tokyo on Friday, October 22, 2010. “Hello Kitty’s Kawaii Paradise” is the first indoor theme park dedicated only to the one and only Hello Kitty.

The Hello Kitty theme park consists of three different areas: the Attraction area, the Dining area, and the Shopping area. It features a restaurant that serves Hello Kitty pancakes, gift shop, and a multilingual theater showing animated Hello Kitty programs projected onto its ceiling. “Hello Kitty Venus,” will be the symbolic character of the facility that targets Asian tourists.
PleasureCast Co, a subsidiary of Namco Ltd, opens Hello Kitty’s Kawaii Paradise on the 1st floor of Venus Fort commercial complex located in the Odaiba waterfront area, at Aomi, Koto-ku, Tokyo. The facility (approx. 891m²) expects 700,000 visitors within the first fiscal year.
