British comedian Sacha Baron Cohen will be seen in another interesting role in the new film titled “The Dictator.” After portraying Ali G, Borat, and Bruno, Cohen will play none other than the dictator of Iraq, Saddam Hussein.
Borat and Bruno film director Larry Charles will direct the “The Dictator” while Sacha Baron Cohen will co-produce and co-write the film.

“The film tells the heroic story of a dictator who risked his life to ensure that democracy would never come to the country he so lovingly oppressed,” Paramount Pictures said in an official release.
This new comedy film is inspired by the best selling novel “Zabibah and The King,” a romance novel written by Saddam Hussein.
“The Dictator” is slated for release worlwide on May 11, 2012.
