The newly launched Asus Eee Pad Transformer might be the tablet that could beat iPad. Launched on April 26 in the US, the tablet boasting its tablet to laptop transforming capability appears to be sold out in its first day on sale.
According to several technology sites, the Asus Eee Pad Transformer managed to sell out on Best Buy and Amazon. But it’s not only in the US where the demand for Eee Pad Transformer zoomed its sales, in the UK, Asus apologized for selling out Transformer quickly, saying that the sales “reached far beyond their expectations.”So, what does Asus Eee Pad Transformer have that other tablet don’t? Well, the tablet has a full QWERTY keyboard. It has an optional docking station that can turn the tablet into a full-fledged notebook.
