The rumor is out! Blair Waldorf will have a ring on her finger by the end of the Gossip Girl season 4 finale. The only question is who gave it to her? Viewers will find out who their favorite Queen B from New York chooses to give her heart to first and exclusively on May 19, Thursday at 8PM on ETC.
This season we first followed Blair (Leighton Meester) to Paris, the city of love where she met Louis (guest star Hugo Becker), her very own prince. Returning to New York we then saw her try to rekindle her epic love story with bad boy of the Big Apple Chuck (Ed Westwick). Then, the unthinkable happened. Blair Waldorf fell for nemesis Dan Humphrey (Penn Badgey). The two who have never seen eye to eye, realized that they had a lot more in common than they thought.
So who will Blair choose? Will it be Louis, her fairy tale prince who came to find her in New York to declare his love? Or Chuck, the dark knight who believes that despite their ups and downs they are meant to be together. Or will it be “lonely boy” aka Dan, the one person who Blair never thought she could fall for?
Whoever it is, this being the Upper East Side you know that there are those who will stand in the way of Blair’s happy ever after. Unexpectedly, best friend Serena (Blake Lively) is one of them. Jealous of Blair and Dan’s new found friendship, as well as all the attention her best friend is attracting, Serena schemes to bring Blair down.
Tune for this must see finale and watch as Blair chooses amongst her three eligible suitors. Another thing to look carefully for is Gossip Girl creator/ author Cecily Von Ziegesar who will make a guest cameo. Gossip Girl, already renewed for a fifth season, is just one of ETC’s match-airing show’s that is seen days after its initial US airing.
