Reuniting 19 former suitors from hit reality shows The Bachelor and The Bachelorette, ETC’s newest guilty pleasure reality competition Bachelor Pad is bound to heat up your Tuesday nights. Competing for a cash prize of 250,000 US Dollars, watch as fan-favorites, arch-rivals, villains and the hottest participants come together under one roof for a second chance at love.
Premiering on May 31, Tuesday at 8PM on ETC, watch as 9 bachelors and 10 bachelorettes move into the Bachelor Pad mansion. The first twist in the game is that the gals and guys must share one bedroom filled with bunk beds. This sleeping arrangement may prove to be a tad awkward as the competition proceeds. Talk about sleeping with the enemy!
During their stay at the mansion the contestants will compete in various challenges for immunity such as twister, a pie eating contest and a kissing contest. The winner of each immunity challenge can then ask three members of the opposite sex on a date. At the end of the date the winner of the challenge will then grant immunity to one of his or her dates via the presentation of a rose.
At the end of each episode, the contestants will vote amongst themselves to determine which cast members will be eliminated from the competition. With the girls voting which guy to eliminate, and the guys voting on which girl to go home, they will need to use their powers of persuasion to sway the votes of the opposite sex.
Hosts of Bachelor Pad are Chris Harrison (The Bachelor and The Bachelorette) and former Bachelor and Dancing with the Stars contestant Melissa Rycroft.
Bachelor Pad premieres May 31, Tuesday at 8PM on ETC.
