Sa Jae-hyouk, a weightlifter from South Korea suffered from serious elbow dislocation on Wednesday as he attempted to lift 357 pounds while competing in the London Olympics.

According to the Daily Mail, the injury occurred when he attempted to lift 357 pounds. The Olympian encountered a problem halfway through the lift as he couldn’t seem to get out of a squatting position and his right arm was dislocated under the pressure, causing him to scream out in pain.

Sa, a reigning champion in the men’s 77kg category was taken to the hospital after the horrible disaster.
