Dinayo muli ang taunang Oblation Run ng mga miyembro ng Alpha Phi Omega fraternity sa UP Diliman. Pero mas malalim raw ang kahulugan ng paghuhubad ng mga lumahok ngayon dahil ginagawa raw nila ito para sa pagbabago sa harap ng mga krisis sa bansa.

Oblation run is a yearly APO activity held every December 16, wherein showcases APO fraternity members roaming running nude and naked in University of the Philippines campuses…
This activity was started in the year 1977 ( The First Ever APO Oblation Run ). When an APO member first ran naked in the A.S. lobby to promote a play the fraternity was sponsoring called “Hubad na Bayani,” or “Naked Heroes”, Rolly Abad the said member was killed in a rumble few months later. In comemoration with this, the run was held yearly with noble themes every year… It was said that Oblation run was just for fun or just an expression of insanity but in a closer look inside it you’ll able to learn that it’s not just an ordinary run, but its an expression of protest againts the system.
The ceremory starts with the assembling at the APO tambayan, where the runners will give them the traditional fraternity salute, in this process also do’s and don’t's were instructed to the runners… and presto… to the run.

Star Cinema, the movie production arm of ABS-CBN, will have a comedy starring Kris Aquino and Eugene Domingo in “Ikaw Na Nga?” to be directed by Wenn Deramas.

Also for Star Cinema, the “King of Comedy” Dolphy and “Wowowee” host Willie Revillame will have a comedy team-up in “Juan” with script and direction by Eric Quizon.

MMFF regular Vic Sotto will have no Enteng Kabisote this year, but will still have another entry in “Ang Darling Kong Aswang” with Christine Reyes under M-Zet Productions with direction by Tony Y. Reyes.

Senator Bong Revilla will be back once again as “Panday” under Imus Productions-GMA Films as directed by Mac Alejandre.

The “Pambansang Kamao” Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao will take his real-life boxing prowess to the big-screen with “WaPacman” under Solar Films and directed by Topel Lee.

These three films are not official entries but they are still part of the MMFF screening that will open on January 1, 2010.

They won the $6,000 top prize in the event presented by Nuvo Land Philippines, Inc. and Dragon Promotions and supported by Puyat Sports, ABS-CBN Sports, ESPN-Star Sports and the Philippine Star.

The Koreans settled for second place and pocketed a $3,000 check.

The other participating teams come from Korea, Japan, USA, Europe and RP team B.
