GIMIK 2010 is Your Song‘s newest offering premiering April 25 on ABS-CBN.

This will be the reunion of the popular youth oriented show “GIMIK” during the 90′s. GIMIK‘s 5 of the original cast member will be on the show GIMIK 2010 namely: Judy Ann Santos, Diether Ocampo, Bojo Molina, G Toengi, and Mylene Dizon.

GIMIK 2010 was an idea evolved from the members and staffs reunion last year. The original Gimik group was able to keep in touch through a social networking site.

In the 90′s teen oriented shows became a hit in the Philippines when GMA launched ‘TGIS’, which is patterned after ‘Beverly Hills 90210′.

‘Gimik’ was the idea copied from the popular GMA teen show ‘TGIS’.

Gimik in the 90′s cast are now popular stars in showbiz like,  Judy Ann Santos, Claudine Barretto, G. Toengi, Rico Yan, Patrick Garcia, Diether Ocampo, Jolina Magdangal, Rica Peralejo, Mylene Dizon, Bojo Molina, Dominic Ochoa, Kaye Abad, Kristopher Peralta, Paula Peralejo, John Lloyd Cruz, LJ Moreno and Marvin Agustin.

This time, Judy Ann Santos, Diether Ocampo, G Toengi, Mylene Dizon, and Bojo Molina portray young couples who already have their own families. New Star Magic artists will be joining this show as well.
